Lucy's Soap Kitchen is hosted on the Create.net platform and my Create package uses these cookies:
- Essential Website / Session Cookies - These are strictly necessary cookies that enable my online shop to function as intended.
- Analytical / Performance Cookies - This enables Create to monitor the performance of my website (page loading speeds, etc) to ensure that everything is functioning correctly.
I currently do not use pixels to retarget you on social media platforms. Pixels are not exactly the same as cookies because they can track you across your other devices.

This website uses PayPal as a secure, independant, 3rd party payment gateway. None of your payment information is seen or held by Lucy's Soap Kitchen. You can find more information regarding PayPal's own privacy policy here.
This website uses the create.net eccomerce platform to process your orders. During checkout you will be asked to provide your name, postal and email address. This information is not downloaded in any way onto my personal laptop but is kept within Create's secure platform. You can find the Create Privacy Policy here.
Any contact made using the forms found on the Contact Us, Weddings|Wholesale Enquiries pages are stored on the Create Platform. I will delete all this information after 18-24 months. This is because some weddings and events may be booked well in advance. At your request the information you provide can be deleted at any time.
Lucy's Soap Kitchen uses Google Analytics. This tracks which pages perform well and receive the most views. This helps me improve website content and page performance. Individual users remain completely anonymous.
Lucy's Soap Kitchen uses Flodesk to provide its newsletter service. You can find Flodesk's own Privacy Policy here. You can only subscribe to this email list yourself. You will never be added without your consent. This newsletter contains tracking pixels which are embedded in the emails. This allows me to see if and when you open an email and if you click on any of the links I include. This information allow me to to analyse and adapt my online marketing campaign to include content readers enjoy most. It will never be passed on to third parties and is stored within the Flodesk platform. If you do not interact with my newsletter for a period of 4 months, I will automatically delete you from this list database. You can also unsubscribe at any time.
The age of 'digital consent' in Ireland is 16. It is presumed that anyone choosing to sign up to my email newsletter is over the age of 16. Lucinda Lee (Lucy's Soap Kitchen) is not responsible should someone sign up and is younger than 16 years old. You will find a very interesting article on digital consent within Ireland here.
